Guest Speakers:  Frank Francone, Smith Young, and Evelyn Zur

HUD’s new rule, “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing”, requires local authorities to take “meaningful actions” to diversify neighborhoods.

Counties and municipalities that don’t comply risk losing millions in Federal grant money and could face Federal housing-bias probes.

Our speakers will discuss this new rule and how they have warned their elected officials about the rule.
